They did it again. I have the Yellostone & Grand Teton guide the compass, and this is so good. I hope they continue producing these guidelines for all our national parks. They are absolutely gorgeous! The knowlede presented in these guides are very complete, easy to find and understand, photos, illustrations and maps are large, and their recommendations for dining, lodging and camping is extremely valuable. I have read these guidelines from beginning to end, because I always learn new things about these places, despite having been in them many times, both for pleasure and business (I am a nature photographer). Keep up the good work! Rating: 5 / 5
As a young family looking to start exploring the national parks, we were not sure how to start – but this book was like a warm welcome from an experienced veteran of the track. She gives him the full truth about all the options, from roughing in the scenic backcountry to keep up at the hostel. Finally we were somewhere in between, and we met a lot of good suggestions here. It can never be the backpack hardcore types, but it certainly encouraged us to take the plunge and plan a family vacation a few! Rating: 5 / 5
I love guides. But I’m also a lover of new technologies. I’m growing Internet and online, non-print resources for information about my trip to the planificación.Sin But recently I got this guide and that is why GUIDES Will Never Die in my opinion! No experience or online guide can provide the satisfaction that this book offers. It’s really an “experience”. My family and I are contemplating a return trip to Yosemite, and this guide has been a valuable resource in planning our trip. What sets it apart from most, if not all, other guides I’ve used in the past is that it has a lot of information presented in easy to read. This alone is not that unique, I realize, but the breadth of information and the voice is transmitted clearly do especial.Es the author Sara Benson has extensive first-hand experience and knowledge of Yosemite National Park and neighboring regions. That’s worth a lot to me in planning a trip to the Yosemite region, and Benson’s experience and knowledge will make you feel when reading this guide. The result is a feeling of confidence because we believe that what we do, where we will stay, what regions will be included, etc, as we plan our trip regreso.Otra thing that definitely makes this guide a goalie more important are pages and pages of stunning photos. You can not get this kind of experience online. To be able to keep all this information, with pictures and references faster, better options, etc in my hands is a pleasure. Our family can enjoy the wonders of Yosemite in the pages as they share space on a couch and planning our trip próximo.Esta Yosemite is an excellent guide for anyone considering or planning a trip to Yosemite National Park and the Sierra Nevada! I am a California resident who has visited each of the three great national parks of the Sierra Nevada. This is the book I like to refer to when I’m home to help me get excited for my next trip to the mountains. If you have not ever been to these beautiful parks before, check out this book is the best guide to Yosemite, Sequoia and Kings Canyon National Parks.La writing reads like a warm invitation to recharge your spirit high in the Sierra. I especially like reading about parts of the Sierra parks I have not had the opportunity to experience yet. This summer I will visit a couple new park locations to me, maybe get a few images of flowers, and certainly contact some of the unique outdoor experiences that I have read by aquí.La vaccine stunning cover of Half Dome in Yosemite is only the first of many large images. Many of the photos are great scenic shots for sure – but another reason I like about this book is that I have been able to play some of these great shots myself by reading the guide and find out where and how the shooting were taken. It is very gratifying to read the writing evocative, see the large photos, and then go to the park and try to take pictures like me mismo.En general, this is a great guide to the great national parks of the Sierra.
